β β β β β Very Bad company. Not recommended at all.
I have worked very hard for this company for more than 1 year didn't get incentives for achieving my target neither got my experience letter as covid pandemic happen, i didn't get time to serve my notice period now they are denying to give my experience letter in short if you want to waste your time and career then only join this company.

The work environment is just awesome.
All the managers are very polite and friendly, the help the new comers to learn and implement new innovative ideas.
The HR team is very helpful, they help the employees in every possible way & this is the only reason that the attrition rate is very less compared to other organisations.
The top management is very down to earth.
Overall VAP has an excellent environment to work and I think this will help everyone working here to grow a lot.

As I have mentioned earlier in during 3 years and 7 months of working period in vap the entire management was so supportive & friendly.
Got all the paperworks and documents on time and I really appreciate the HR department for this.
P.S. Have noticed some negative comments about management & HR, I have never noticed any such incidents throughout my working period In the company.

β β β β β This company used to be good, we used to get salary on time, home drop and an early logout it was very good but later some people like Senior hr, some team leaders and other when started playing games. Politics were everywhere and Seniors had started dominating for without valid reasons.
People like us when began to leave this company because of the above mentioned reasons. We are humans not animals. It's a free world and we have rights for freedom.
Treating people like slaves is against the Indian Law. Most people misuse their power and positions but they forget that....
"Power is not eternal". And whatsoever you give you will that in return.
Most people who worked in this company always had some issues.
Some said they did not receive their salary, some said they never received their release letter and others said misbehaved with them.
All these people cannot be wrong as because I was only a part of this company and what happened with me let me share you...
1. I joined there as a Sr. executive in online Education process where we were taught that we are doing a legitimate job and our job is to qualify the people and help them for further eduction or financial aid in the form of education.
All these were scams and cheated foreigners and not only that a foreigner from USA or Canada used to come VAP Technology to see how we are working. Actually he was operating that process.
2. Even after giving good performance, I was never appreciated and not only me, most of us faced the same.
3. We never received proper documents.
4. They used to deduct PF and all but never gave us anything. so this means they used to scam employee as well.
5. Most of us didn't get joining bonus as it was said and at the time of joining this company there were 5 people who took my interview: Hr, manager, trainer, 2 floor guys. it was very confusing for me. I left this company because they treated me rudely even after good performance and that made me take decision to quit this job. so directly resigned this company.
Remember..... Any company grows with good candidates.... when there is no candidates the business will never grow and may shut down.
