β β β β β Worst customer experience & service and on top this the attitude of the shopkeepers, assistant and tailor is like this is what it is they would not understand customer needs. They argue even when they are wrong on customer commitment and delayed delivery.

β β β β β Good variety of dress ... Mostly wedding dresses design ladies only... My house ladies usually roam around every shop in Pune and then come to this shop and to my surprise every time they will like the designs here only... Wedding, birthday, Eid or any occasion a different design and pattern you will get here... Price range is from 4k onwards...

Staff is also very friendly and supportive.

β β β β β It used to be best when got started last year. Now I feel lack of good customer support when we visit the shop. They have lot less stock in normal range upto 5000Rs now. They try to push customers in 5-10K to start with purchase. So its entering in very expensive stock category only. They have their own tag on sarees & all materials so even kid can tell that their prices printed are way too expensive. So they give 20-25% discount on that "very high" amount to show another "high" amount as very big discounted price. Clearly , playing with our Indian mentality of looking into just discount amount.
