★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today on 7th October I visited Max store with my family to get dress for my daughter's birthday. When I was done selecting dresses for her and my self and wanted to try thm for fit staff said it's not allowed due to covid. Last week only I purchased few things at tht time there was no covid so it was allowed.. seriously?? I had to leave everything I purchased because of this attitude. They said it's Mall policy. I went to star Bazar they allowed trials so they follow different policy?? I was so disappointed. If u guys will do this during Diwali thn who will come again? I'm definitely not buying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their products for brands are overpriced. I felt cheated when checked on the brand store itself. I bought a pair of Peter England jeans in Max and it cost me 3.8k. When checked in the Peter England store, the same pair of jeans cost 1.8k. After knowing this, as a customer, I feel cheated. Never will visit again and will never recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff missed to remove price tag of clothes..so at the main exit we were stopped and our all bags got checked by them with suspicious faces..
It was totally their fault and they don't have courtesy to say sorry also.
Btw sales person were quite helpful and products were nice.

The top 3 things that you can think of, when you set out for purchase of clothes. And, MAX has these all.
They've probably got all new winter stock and it's all very impressive.
We were looking for kids clothes for last couple of days and the variety and styles we saw here were nowhere else (read other similar multi brand clothes outlets within a radius of 500m).
Super awesome variety and absolute value for money!!

However, the store can be more organised and staff also lacks proper information about products.
In all a nice place to shop around especially that part of year when they have offers going on .
