When they get affected by age-related disorders, as often happens at advanced age, they need constant medical care, keeping this in mind Vardaan Senior Citizens Home remains equipped to take holistic care of medically-challenged seniors. Vardaan Senior Citizens Home is about 10 years old is being managed by Dr. Rekha Khandeiwal, a gynecologist by profession, who has also done a PG course in Geriatrics. Vandaan Senior Citizens Home is associated with Vardaan Hospital has always been a senior citizen friendly hospital and has been takening special care of senior citizens.
It has been actively associated with Helpage India. A Day Care Centre for Senior Citizens set up was in associated with Helpage India was inaugurated here by Smt. Sheila Dixit, Chief Minister, Delhi on March 12, 1999.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to find help for my father after my mother, who was his caretaker, passed away in 2016. It was very important to me that it be with people I could trust. Because of his illness, he couldn't communicate and share his problems.
The first time I visited Vardaan, I saw seniors sitting in the green and pretty patio and celebrating and socializing. It was a striking contrast to my father's isolation at home. Another person whose parent was staying there shared his positive experience with me. After a little more examination, I was convinced this was the right place.
After an initial adjustment period, my father became quite comfortable at Vardaan. The staff took good care of him and also kept me informed of his well being and health, sharing regular updates and even video clips that eased my worries.
2020 was a difficult year, where my father faced continuing decline and eventually was hospitalized and passed away. I was unable to immediately return to Delhi due to pandemic restrictions. Through the years, Dr. Khandelwal has been a pillar of strength and reassurance. I am eternally grateful to her and to Vardaan for making this so much easier and bearable for me. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a great deal of research and based on excellent recommendations from friends and family, we made the decision to take my dear sister Asha Bhola to the Vardaan Senior Citizen Centre to recuperate from a fractured leg.
The quality of care provided to her by the staff exceeded our expectations. Not only was post-operative medical care professionally arranged, but the emotional support she received made her convert her stay into long-term care. Apart from her medical care which included dental and optical, the staff ensured that all her dietary preferences were met satisfactorily. My sister had a huge cyst in her brain which precipitated a brain haemorrhage while she was at Vardaan but the staff at Vardaan promptly shifted her to PSRI Hospital and took care of all the formalities on our behalf.
Vardaan Senior Citizen Centre is run by Dr Rekha Khandelwal who takes exceptional care of the medical and emotional needs of the elderly supported by a very well trained and devoted team. We are eternally grateful for all their help and support to our family in our time of need, when because of COVID we were unable to be with Asha.
