★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me it was worst experience .. as the guy who picked up calls nd take your address (receptionist) they're very rude .. they said they will visit my place for dogs as they're street dog and suffering from serious illness .. I called them gave all the details they didn't came next day then again I called them after few days phone was off then i called after 10 days that dogs r facing many issues like bugs in ear, itching all over body, vomiting but they said today also they won't come as they have bird camp going on .. all i want to say is if it was not possible they shld have inform me earlier and guy who picks up call is very rude .. he should learn some manners .. all though HR is good he gave me private hospital details but they r just running for profit or donation i guess .. they behave as if mehrbani kar rahe ho so won't recommend this to anyone with serious help for street animals ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SURELY NOT A NGO.. ITS A MONEY COUNTING AFFAIR. DONATION = HELP.
I called up this NGO 3 times for a seriously injured cat and then couple of guys came to inject her a painkiller.
Asked for donation. I replied I will give whatever I am willing to once they pick up the cat. Since it was a holiday the guy promised me that he eill come tomorrow to pick her up and admit her in a hospital.
No one turned up next morning. Tried to call the person by phone was switched off throughout the day.
Next day called up NGO helpline and they said they will come and pick her up soon and asked for donation again. We shared the figures. I think it was not interesting for them so no one turned up.
Next day we personally went to lower parel to admit her in a good hospital who volunteered to take care of her without any greed.
