No customer support or help from their side.
Simple servicing of your vehicle will take at least 2-3 days no matter how small or complicated the problem is.
They won't pick up their phone when you call them in workshop. Even common spare parts for your vehicle will not be available with them.
I had to change my wire harness for my gixxer 250 sf they made me wait 2 weeks and when the part finally got here i came to know they ordered the wrong one with a different model number and had to order again.
The biggest mistake of my life was buying my bike from this dealership. NEVER... NEVER purchase anything from this dealership you will regret it your whole life.
Disappointed.

I went there for some repairing in my bike.
There was no mechanic available with them.
The manager took my number saying there is free pick up service and mechanic will come to my home and take the bike.
IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS NOW. No sign of anyone still.
Worst experience.
