Terrible service! this place is run by a bully named Varsha who has no ethics or morals. There is no quality control or hygiene or professionalism. She rushes through all the services & screams like a village woman in a kitchen.
I had grown my hair, & wanted a 1 inch trim, she cut my hair in literally 1.5 minutes, randomly, that too 6 inches shorter, & unequal. Hair cuts for Pets are neater and more professional than this. Mine were completely haphazard and unequal. Upon complaining she refused to acknowledge it. There is no respect for clients here. I walked out crying on my birthday!!
The products used dont seem original at all be it smoothening or shampoo or wax (basically all).
Go there at your own risk, coz she will only do what she wants, not what clients ask for. Many people have complained, but she immediately starts bullying and screaming. I was harassed and forced to pay & leave dissatisfied. And She did not even give me a bill! No GST- Tax evasion! VARSHA is an unethical, unlawful BULLY. This place should be shut down for unethical practice & violation of consumer rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realized that I had not made a follow up appointment for my routine brow wax with Amee Lirette after my last visit with her around Thanksgiving, & wow my eye brows were looking full and in need of some care!! I happen to have the afternoon off Monday, January 7th, so I took a quick drive over to Lovely Salon and Spa to make an appointment. When I arrived there, Amee was at the front desk finishing up with her customer, & greeted me. She was very accommodating, and took me right away as her last appointment for the day!!! I'm so Thankful & Grateful for Amee opening up a small window of her busy day to take care of me!!! I would definitely recommend this Salon and Spa to others who are looking for a great place to pamper themselves or have a Spa Day with friends!!! You're people are what makes a difference in our hectic lifestyles. I'm very happy with my results, and Amee can never leave Lovely!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sucks i wanted a long bob hair cut and the woman verma ended up short she didn't even listen to me i told her not to do over short but she ignored me and done what she wants to. She took 700 just for the hair cut and it only took her 1 min to cut my hair ? Go there at your own risk ?

I asked her to cut my hai only by 1 inch and she abruptly redced at least 3 inched. I was horrified and told her that I will not pay she said you have to pay..disgusting experience
