★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use dirty towels. Reuse dirty towels for hot towels. Shout at customers. The staff is always complaining that they don't get paid . Most of the products are unbranded leading to allergies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Affinity since 2009 and will continue to go there as long as I can.
Abid is an expert at haircuts...and it just takes him bloody 10 minutes to get my hair done! I have to say in the past 7 years I went somewhere else to get a hair cut only twice (not because I wanted to try something different, but because I moved overseas in 2012) it took the guys more than an hour to cut my hair (i have long hair) and they wrecked my hair so bad! I now visit affinity every year and no one else but Abid gets to cut my hair ( To be honest it takes so long to grow hair and just to have it wrecked in minutes is agonizing!)
Last time I was there (August 2015) I tried there Vit C facial and I cannot wait to get it done again this July when I will be visiting Delhi. The staff was super efficient and really caring!
Also tried the hair spa and since then I have been referring anyone and everyone who visits Delhi to have it done!
I do not ever write reviews but I just had to this time. Someone should invent teleportation so that I can visit Affinity more than once a year!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theres a limit of looting people and these people have aced the art. Every service is below average, but price is OTT. I went for a normal make-up, in fact it was a crisis scenario and I dont wear make up much. I made them do some really basic things, and they charged me a bomb, literally! And the service?? The compact shade didnt remotely match my skintone, eyeliner came out in 10mins flat and there were only 2 lipcolor shades available with them. The place sucks big big time, never go. There are many places who are working hard and willing to give you good service.

They burnt my hair, it has a lot of wave. My poor hair became so thin and breakable. They used wela product and the tall lady who was working there kept it only 15 minutes on my hair. They also don't use conditioner and only shampoo. And also they were using products very little as my hair was long. They destroyed my hair and I damn that hairstylist who destroyed my hair every time I look at my wavey hair. That's a horrible salon, I paid 8000 rs. I wish I wouldn't go there. My long hair is completely damaged. God damn you affinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheats, charged for me shampoo and conditioner, whereas only shampoo was done. Left in hurry when i saw the bill at home, I was wrongly charged. It was clearly said by senior to junior staff only shampoo while billing he completely said wrong. While billing they charged me for it. And worst manicure i got ever in my life. One star only for pedicure. There so many better salon brands in nfc. Services are worth it, you won’t regret spending a million buck and these brands don’t start there session with marketing gimmick.
