★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm afraid my experience is very poor. I have called these people THRICE last 2 months for a service.
1st ques - Do you have a package?
My answer - No
2nd - Give us your number and we will call back after checking appointments in 2 minutes.
No one calls.
When I call back after 15-20 min, I am told no free slots.
If they only want people with package they should say so on their website. I won't buy a package till I have tested their service.
So I suppose I will never call them again.

But the lady sitting at the reception doesn't value the time and patience of customers at all.
Please avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vlcc company is doing fraud specially vlcc new friends colony clinic.please don’t take services from them I paid them in lacs and now Today I’m suffering a lot. They lost all my documents, service cards, they don’t have my proper records , they made my wrong bill in their computer. And also saying that your package is over and it’s valid for only one year. But it’s terms and conditions are not written on bills about validity period. They are not doing their jobs properly. Thank you vlcc keep it up. ?
