★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing to see sucha designer mess up my bridal outfit a few days before the delivery. I had ordered the outfit 1.5 months back from the delivery date and was constantly texting with the store staff to check up on it. Not once did the staff replied until I got upset. As soon as I saw my outfit for the first trial, I was shocked. It was changed drastically. The embroidery that was selected was silver colour and the one that I received was beige.
It was simply not the outfit I had selected. After alot of discussion, they agreed to give my refund but then again, I was the one suffering from the loss as a) I had to look for a new outfit in just a span of 15 days b) the refund was not initiated within 7 days as told and after visiting Mehrauli on the 10th day, they still did not have the refund.
