★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are owners of a flat in Jolan Tower 14. Only location is great and amenities seem good, but experience from builder and quality are terrible.
After selling flat, the builder is least bothered about any service. Their Facilities management dept only speaks about rules but does zero service deliberately or bcoz they can't solve anyway so they ignore you or shout back even.
Despite repeatedly folowing up they cannot solve leakages and it seems defectuve hurried construction.
Despite follow up for one year they refuse to even mark the assigned parking space despite letter given earlier.
Even for intercom you must follow up, light connections seem faulty, tiles seem loose and other small things.
Very poor customer service, their directors don't answer anything either.
So buyers beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come and Check the swimming pool yourself right now. Do not go for false promises by their sales agents and swanky office at P1 level.
Pool is super dirty and they haven't cleaned it to avoid exposing themselves to the fact that 19 societes and 1 pool is incorrect ratio. Highly inadequate society club facilites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For people looking fwd to a distant commute everyday in Mumbai this is not a good option. Almost 3 kms from highway...it's too inside!!
More than 3k flats it seems very cluttered.
Although the flats are designed nicely but you may feel claustrophobic looking at flats around you.
For someone looking for peaceful n calmer options this place is absolutely not the one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of construction is very good. Amenities are good as well. The big downside is that there isn't any space in their apartments to dry clothes. Apartments can't be built based on international lifestyles, they need to be based on Indian way of living. Also, the buildings in the complex are close, there isn't any movement of breeze within them. Because of this lack of movement of air, there is a congested feeling even in the higher floors of the inner buildings.

They have lots of games in their society.
There are football arena, cricket ground, basketball ground, tennis court, swimming pool and gymkhana too.
The gymkhana is too big an great there are lots of games in gymkhana. The society is maintained properly.
Their interior is too good.
Loved this place..
