★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never delivers on what is promised. Delayed possession and very bad construction.
Promised open kid friendly zone, but is now allowing car pkg. Moreso, he is converting all open spaces where kids play into stack pkg. This is illegal and not as per plan. Our kids' lives are at risk. Pathetic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a buyer Donot Opt for any Spot offer commitment the Sales team is giving you in writing. I had a very bad experience with them . .
They told us that, Just in case we would like to cancel the "SPOT OFFER booking" We will get our money back in 7 days , today after 30 days also i have no clue.
Post cancelling the SPOT OFFER , It has been more then a month my money is stuck and I always get the answer it is in the process.I am only wasting my time in following up with them and so far no one had given me proper update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly bureaucratic, commitments are not met and highly inefficient. Behave like a govt setup as though they are rationing some rare commodity rather than selling an expensive apartment. Sales team will make a commitment and pass on to the CRM team... who are basically trained to block all customer queries by quoting some process... which is convenient only to the builder's employees and even their agents appointed for 'facilitation'. Once you have paid, then true colours emerge in the agreement : parking will be 'shared' in agreement, not allotted. Good luck if you have to collect any refunds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Horrible Experience. They will make big promises at the time of booking and will never fulfill at the time needed. Expected professional people to deal with but they are not. They take your money through all sorts of channels, and once you cancel your booking will never return your money back.
