★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and unethical ..I would suggest never ever buy products from this brand.
I have purchased sherwani and requested for size change ..they asked me to return it and once they recieve it, they were supposed to send me new size. I am chasing them since a week now and everytime they have one or the other excuse. Tomorrow I have function for which I was requesting new size and since couple of days they are not even responding to my queries.. they are not responding to my query of refund as well as they are not able to deliver in time.
They are unnecessary frustrating me and i am feeling cheated now ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i placed online order to ship international, i felt overall good experience(not bad). customer service is not so great ( getting response after 2-3 days on every message) , one item was missing from order but over all other items what we received are great. i recommend to use them locally instead to avoid import duty charges in other countries and hopefully expecting better local customer service. Thank you Vastramay team.

Sending defective kurta....and so unprofessional people not return new kurta after collecting defective one.
I told them I want it for festival to pair with my one year old boy...but this people don't understand the feelings..even they don't have curtsey to reply.
Such a worst brand.... quality of cloth and services both are worst.
On given customer care number no one is picking phone.
Only on WhatsApp they are giving reply on based on their mood.
This one is my first and last mistake that I had purchased from Vastramay.....
