★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good society in the making. A new concept for Katihar. The place is currently underdeveloped. The road leading to the society is not in good shape. The good part about the place is it's serenity and calmness. Katihar medical college is around 1.6 km away and state highway number 62 is about 2 kms away. The society has 1 bhk, 2bhk, 3 bhk duplex and 5 bhk duplex houses.currently around 12 families are residing here and around 10 more are expected by september.
