★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swanky office, great structural architecture, jawdropping entrance, cctvs and the place seems extremely soothing to the eyes. A must visit place if you want to go for architect office shopping ?.
In reality you will first meet the front desk person who behaves as if they have built the 7 wonders. On asking about their past work, we don't reveal our clients, this is the answer I heard. Later told that we have done projects of KIIT, Nalco and many big names I forgot (Really? Would love to see the proof ?). But what about the client privacy now!!!! ☺
Anyways a very competitive price quotation was given at first, this made me stick to the place for 1 week, waiting for "Our Sir" who's always absent at office and doesn't take direct calls of clients. On regular contact over call they verified that their "Sir" has agreed to negotiate further on pricing. Omg, I am definitely going to give this project to these guys. But wait, on the final day of payment, when we finally got the glimpse of the Legendary Sir, he quoted a price which was 6 times the price quoted by the front desk person. No words ?.
This was my experience and the high reviews doesn't seems genuine. Even if you agree for the price there's high probability of encountering hidden charges at a later stage (just my assumption). As I said, this is only my experience, we can't judge a company by 1 single customer, you can meet them in person and share your experiences as well :). Never forget to post your good or bad reviews, and help people get a transparency.
