Good nice place to work as a fresher

V inconvenient Hr Assistant manager.. she s made up her mind amd perspective by looking at u ... v immature hiring team .. they show as if they only do work in the world.. not humble..iguess she is insecure bout her own job

ON MY SIMPLE WORDS... please do not visit this company for the walk in interview also. No proper communication from their Hr team and within them aswell. Waste of time travelling till their R R Nagar office. I am rating one star because then only the post button gets enabled.

I never saw a worst company than this TL: 1-kiddish mentality,worst team lead. 2-He is directly telling I am targeting one by one people in team, whatever u want do u can do( 25th may 11.30 am in meetings he told this words)(He is owner of company or what?) Third class TL in Vee technologies still management supporting , everyone is curupted in Vee technologies. Plz don't join this worst company. 3- He is sending All OT,and incentive data are fraud.(if we asking our ot and incentive he is targeting,and telling don't tell to manager he is trusting me if u tell all trust will gon.i request to finance team,pay roll team and HR manager plz figour out this issue that is continuously happen in last 2.5 years. 4-TL is not transparent to coder as well as manager (hiding 80 % data) 5- in HCC team still now 9 people left company only due to TL targeting one one people. 6- Audit plan in only auditor incentive purpose (he don't want genuinely quality work (even some day he told I don't want quality I want production no without quality) Auditors are providing breads and butter to TL , that's why TL doing partiality and doing support to auditors. 7-No dicision making power.(TL remode control on auditor hand)Au 8- If auditor on leave one week two weeks still the are getting full incentive,ot without meeting target(manipulating data),but coder daily coming without leave they will not get anything.(partiality).(finance team plz check).I think TL that only learn in six Sigma training. 9-: Auditor not explening properly doubt.they will irritate if ask doubt, simply giving unsatisfied answer.due auditor attitude and way of speaking some people left company,now I too also facing same problem. Manager: 1:He don't know what's going on in team.(TL is not transparent ) intend of production and quality he is asking I know where u people going interview.(is that job for manager?) 2-He is not ready to listen and understand team issue. 3-I never ever seen worst working environment and worst manager 4-He don't having single quality of manager eg.third class language,not professional, no ethics, demotivated manager.what he is managing management only know.security uncle having more knowledge and value than my manager. Overall company: 1-Taking 10th original marksheet and blank bank cheque for blackmail. 2- No personal and professional Growth. 3-your salary will be same after appresal also.i.e.one side 2000k appresal and another side duducting OT or incentive 3000k.Then calculate how much % Appresal giving company . 4-with 2.5 years still now I don't understand where hr duducting salary,if we ask they will tell call Selam pay roll team,Selam team telling call RR Nagar, RR Nagar team telling call V1 location like that chain. 5-Some people are really Good and helpful I appreciate them,but due to above virus thery also can't do anything. 6- I escalate this matter to higher management but still now no action really worst company , worst management and third class policy. 6-I will give -5 ? company. Last and very imp request to management don't call me and ask to delete review , because I know u people paying some money and requesting to delete review..

Not a good place to work ,there is no work culture they doesnt know what is life work balance asking employees to work all 7 days in a week to reach targets only company in india asking employees to work on gandhi jeyanthi ,pongal holidays and may 1st labour day .they are deducting employees salary in crucial covid 19 pandamic situation also....never ever thnk of joining this company ........

They just ask you to forward your resume. They won't respond. If your employment history is good and you've some great quality experience and think to work for these guys, you should probably think about it again. You don't want to lower your standards by joining such company. I'm sure you wouldn't work for a longtime if you join the company. The company's standard speaks for itself. When you add this company's name in the resume the next employer will be like WHAT! ? WHERE IS THIS COMPANY? PLEASE LEAVE FOR THE DAY, WE WILL CALL YOU.

Medical coding company. I went with a friend who joined this company. I heard from that friend that work pressure is very high. Initially they told the timing is general shift and all Saturday is holiday and there is no Target for daily work and later they changed everything, asked her to work in night shift and there is a huge target, now she's working on every Saturdays and most Sunday. Supervisors are very rude and they won't even giving her a single leave even if she has casual/sick leave balance with her. My advice is stay away from this company.. they will ask you to provide 10th/+2 certificate as a bond. Never ever ever give them that. It's a trappp.. ???? salary will be below 20k and they will exploit you like hell.
