Very bad customer service.
I booked METOR 350 STELLAR BLUE on 4th April 2021, at Accelarate Motors, RR Nagar, Bangalore. Till today, after 9 and half month also I have not received vehicle. I wrote 3-4 times to support team, nothing happened. Dealer says I don't have any idea, when I will get. Today called customer care. They said, no idea when I will get ???!!!.
So guys what is wrong ?. will I get or you people have decided not give, because I wrote mails.
I am disappointed from RE dealing with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought TB 350X(Red) here. It was really very nice experience. From enquiry to everything, "Pradeep" helped me in all the aspects. He was reachable over phn even in the weekends and cleared all my doubts nd queries. Even managers are supportive enough.
They didn't gv me any additional gifts(Not even key ring and didn't get helmet of my size as well even after multiple follow ups)??
Overall gud Experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good showroom in RR nagar. They have the latest meteor 350 for display and as well as for test ride. Staffs are good. They also maintain all the Covid 19 protocols and social distancing. Not very crowded. Overall good experience.
