★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician totally inept at solving the cooktop problem. He told me that burners are faulty and 2 burners would cost ₹8000/-. Next day I took service of other agency and he fixed the problem without changing the burners, only has nipple of 2 burners changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people they will talk of costs which is no were prevailing. I got the work done by other vendor for 200 and they asked me 1500 for the same work. Important that these people shops are closed as they will anyway charge you visiting fee of Rs.200.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a gas Nozzle replacement they charge you 450 which actually cost maximum 150. And on asking bill for the same they cant produce. Please dont call even in emergency, cause they will charge you more then you expect. If you happen to call, get a estimate of charge before calling them. Ashok Rupani was the technician when i had called. If he the guy deny for service and let him go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called the technician and he advised that the piped gas line knob is faulty and needs to be replaced immediately. He charged 1300INR for the same. However the problem remained. When we called people from MGL they said the leak was elsewhere and there was absolutely no fault with previous knob.Also they advised that this could have been replaced free of cost by MGL had it been faulty. Also the quality of knob is very poor and as per MGL people cost should not be more than 200INR. When I called the agency, they are refusing to return the money. This company should be avoided at any cost as they are cheats hungry for your money and doing a lot of disservice to the society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are the looters. I had a worst experience. Mechanic changed the 100% working part with the faulty one and charged far above the price which you get for the same part on amazon. M not sure why just dial has listed them. Since we have alredy paid no one is taking calls or responsibility. Later on we called authorized gas agency, and they did everything with reasonable charges and told us the fraud these people are doing. NEVER GO FOR SUCH AGENCY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Were were told rs 100 and the technician took 300. he checked and gave us a quote of rs 3900. Which we refused and said we don't want the repair to be done. Later he said the mahanagar valve and the tube also needs a replacement which he said rs 1300 and rs 300 for the tube.
Further we refused to carry any repair.
We repaired through a another agency which costed us rs 600 only
This is a day time robbery
I will be filling a case in the consumer forum so that it does not happen to anyone else.

They are fraud and looted the customer.
They have charged 1000 rs for the parts which comes in market 100 rs.
They said ,they will provide the 6 months warranty but after raising a service request they denied and asked another amount.
His mechanic Rakesh, full cheater,irresponsible person.
He has stolen the origional parts and provide the part if you do not see,whenever mechanic works on your stove.
Company customer representativ not picked up the phone again if it is service request.
