★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veena World is too costly to travel..Its better we travel through Local Travel Which has the same places they take us. Veena World is only for Rich People. The staff is nice and vet polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veena World is a great place if you are looking to book a holiday tour & you have a good budget. The prices are much higher than it's competitors and so is the customer satisfaction rate. There is normally a wait here. The office is plush with reserved parking space. Staff is friendly. Pricing could be the only downside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much expensive compared to other websites. Almost 5k to 15k costlier than actual rates. Also no quick response! They charge money to design package (1500 for domestic and 3000 for international trips) but provides late response and expensive deals only! Very bad experience! I cancelled all their options and booked through MMT I thought of giving preference being Maharastrian organization but no professional response when it came down to finalizing package. The executive took 1500 for designing holiday but was not able to give any suggestions at all for our GOA trip. Waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled from 14 to 21 March 2022 to Dalhausi, Dharamshala and Amrutsar.
But it was certainly not a “Veena World Tour”. This tour was not different from any other general travel agency tour. The fame of Veena World was not kept in mind throughout the tour.
No proper introduction of co-travelers, not a single get together, no games / fun-program during late evening time.
The hotels at Dalhausi and Dharamshala were also not up to the mark. Snacks given during the travel were very cheap.
Overall, it was very ordinary type tour organized like a cheap travel agency.
It was not value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked for honeymoon couple tour for kashmir from pune office.
As it is a HONEYMOON COUPLE TOUR, we expected that there will be atleast something special for newly married couples Like interaction games or room decoration etc. But there was nothing planned in 6days tour.
Also there is no changes in tour itinery, they kept showing useless carpet shops and all where minium carpet cost was 12k, and also that one shop tour manager/ itinery spent almost 4hours which was just a waste of money and time, rather something better can be planned in same time.
So we felt like giving extra money to so called big name tour company'veena world' is actually not worth.
And whenever we question to tour manager for lack of management, they keep telling reason of kashmir locality/ rules.
We haven't got a single evening free for shopping or free time.
Overall i would not recommend Veena World to anyone as it is the same/average tour company as any other local tour company.

Only thing is my last visit was to Leh-Ladakh and that day was my first anniversary, there were small arrangements like chocolates n sash but no cake so I think that could have arranged if managed or planned properly before the date. That was the only sad moment for me...rest everything was awesomely great. ?
