The phone number given, never connects.
You may have to visit twice or thrice to get any work done....
Well the reason for such average review and 3 star is because, as compared to the other indane gas agencies, where I had an amazing experience... wel this is not one among those.
No Issues with parking, and the location is correct on the map.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely irresponsible gas agency, they don't change even after repeated complaints to IndianOil. Refill delivery never happens without delays and follow-up, and the phones in the agency are hardly ever answered. The delivery boys demand Rs. 100-150 if they deliver it to first floor. If refused, they talk rudely and curse...... and purposely bang the cylinder on the staircase to the extent that the steps have chipped. Repeated complaints to agency and the proprietor has brought no relief whatsoever. Pathetic service, rude delivery guys, irresponsible office staff......Always a person is present, but invariably the agency gives reason of "door-locked" for delay in delivery......wonder whose door was locked......................guess the agency's door should be locked forever...........

They do not have the provision of UPI payment and only accept hard cash which is a huge negative point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their delivery boy srinivas demanding 40 rs extra, when i said delivery charge already paid in bill and its inclusive, he started shouting and abusing that i can not afford in street, they have employed all goondas to collect extra money. This like hafta wasool by goondas, when we refuse, they shout abuse customers standing in street and say we can not afford etc. why should i pay twice delivery charge ?
He says he collect from all of sanjay nagar area and you go and ask if any one say did not give, i will not take. So confident and so much corruption.
Indane gas company should take action and remove him from job. he says he get very less salary . does he ?
Please stop paying extra money for delivery. they are not doing any favour us, why do you pay delivery charge twice, one in bill and other to this goondas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody picks the phone and delivery guy keeps demanding money to deliver it on 3rd floor. Demanding money is still fine as there is no lift in building but the refill delivery take indefinite amount even after talking to the executive. Everytime I have to wait for cylinder to reach me and it takes a week to do so. You can complaint to anyone you want but they do not bother.
