To whom delivery person charge extra 50 or more you can complain.
There is no delivery charges with 4kms. And before 8am 25charge. After 6pm 25 delivery fees. Don't pay unnecessarily.

β β β β β They serve Indane Gas. Timings can be visible on the pictures I uploaded. Good service but very slow and they will force you purchase the Gas Stove along with new gas cylinder.
Delivery persons will ask you 50 rupees for Home delivery and they will force you to give that money. Present in main road and covers full HRBR layout. Staffs can understand Hindi, English, Kannada and Telugu.

β β β β β When I went there, they said for 14.2 litter we need to apply online.
Process
1. Google it "how to apply for Indane gas online" or there are many video on YouTube which will explain you the step to apply.
2. After submitting, you will get the application acknowledgement.
3. Wait for 2 to 3 days, agency representative will call you and will ask for number of cylinder you want. You can select 1 or 2 as per your convenience ( i will recommend you, go for 2 cylinder, you have to only 1500 to 1800 extra for other cylinder. I paid 5580 rupee for 2 filled cylinder along with regulator & pipe )
4. Once you confirm, they will deliver you the cylinder. At time of delivery you need to pay total amount.

β β β β β Worst People working at this agency. Arrogant people doesn't coperate atall. They will make you run 3-5 times for all documents..
The management should take action and changes thier people's behaviour. indane gas service is the public service. They should be polite and cooperative.
