★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody lifts the phone. I was unable to get any contact number. The tracking system given is also misleading. Even their head office at Mumbai is also unresponsive.

But the person named Santosh Kumar Saha is not delivering my card even I attempted the call many Times for the urgent delivery I am very upset by the customer service they give They are not even responding calls..so upset with customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In one month ago I received a mail that my PAN card was dispatch. But till now it's not delivery. All company number are either unavailable or not Rechebal. Are you thik it's a joke? Your system said that it's will delivery on 10th January but I didn't received any card or any phone call by delivery boy. As results I fail to join my new job. Who is responsible for it. Most wroth service ever
