★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever trust this bogus and currupted Company. NSDL has chosen worst courier company for such a important documents like PAN card delivery ( may be a part of personal benefits) . They never visit to deliver couriers and send massage that the door was closed.
Even staff is very pathetic and don’t answer on calls.
Office premises is like garbage area.
My advise is don’t mess with this ppl and collect your courier from office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. My credit card is with them for delivery since last 10 days and their executive just puts the status as door closed without even visiting the place. None of their numbers are ever active. Even 1 star is too high for this sorry excuse for a courier firm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. I dont knew that how NSDL and other government agencies providing them contract for delivery such a important documents like PAN Card, etc. Since last 2 days I am trying to call, no response. Dnt knew how to contact them as address in Mumbai is far for 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever seen. For past 4 days it says your courier is out for delivery but have not received it yet. Contact number provided in SMS is switched for ever. Land line number on web site is also switched off.
I am going to tell my bank authorities not to deliver documents through this rubbish service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a third class courier ever see in my life. I called so many times in head office as well local Vadodara office. But they didn't pick my phone. Even I called one after one n it's ringing or it's busy. I think they don't wanna a business It's important document come in but I didn't get a status. I saw on website it's out of delivery on 5 th Jan n today it's 12 Jan n still didn't get yet. Don't know why government choose this poor service courier. That's why our country is behind the other country.

Please close your courier shop and do some other work .
