★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I posted a requirement of laptop screen repair on a FB group. Got almost 6-7 references. Out of those only 2 got in touch with me. One of them told me to bring the laptop without giving any cost or timelines required. Other person was from velocity.
She was very prompt in response. Gave exact cost of new screen fitting. Also gave exact timeline of arranging it next morning. Took the order phone. Next day job was done in 10-15 mins. I also ordered new battery which was promptly delivered at home.
Good service and prompt response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience with these guys...after keeping the laptop for more than a week they returned it back saying this laptop cannot be repaired unless we change the mother board costing 8k+..
They dont receive ur calls neither call u back..n argue why u repeatedly call them..not a place to leave ur laptops
Moreover my laptop now has missing plastic parts..n power button light not working..for which they make excuse that this happen if u diagnose any electronic item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got windows installed 6 months back... Now it is showing some messgae to activate windows..
To resolve issue when I tried calling , I am getting no response. The perosn mr vipul who had done my work , never picks up call and when I call on other three numbrs. His assistant picks up and say sir is out and kept phone in office.. same standard reply rec'd thrice on different days of a week.
And never got a call back.
Very unprofessional attitude overall.
