★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales services, they don't bother after you purchase the good from there store. I bought a Portronics head phone from there store, at the time of selling they assured that any prblm within 6 months to just come to thr store with bill will be solved. Just aftr 3 months as today i went to there store as the headphone was not working they straight gave me the service center address for any issue. Is this the aftr sales service ur talking about at the tym of selling....rude sales person.Never recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely fake staff. Given me a laptop whose windows they have installed is not proper. It got crashed after 5 days. I have gifted this to a friend. Now we have to pay to get the windows 10 installed again. Worst computer shop ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst store, only motto is saling of products. After purchasing Acer laptop last November, keyboard stop functioning 20 days back but Acer service centre refused to lodged complain over phone and through email because store has not updated my invoice.I visited velocity stores several times with invoice but no one trying to find out the actual problem, why service centre refused to lodged the complain. It's a gross negligence of seller which caused a lot of trouble and harrasment. Finally the matter has been solved by Acer Service centre, C.R.Avenue,kolkata and updated my data otherwise I can't avail the warranty facility. Being a customer it's a bitter experience to me which proves irresponsibility of store personel.

You have to waste your time like anything if you are here as they are super super slow..
