★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying in Venky PG from last 20 months - since the time pandemic started. Have to admit owner is a good and understanding man and ensured everyone is safe during that time and get 3 times good food and continuous internet and power supply(generator in case of power cut) to support Work from Home. Venky PG's kitchen is handled by Ranjith who prepares really amazing Dal, Veg curries and breakfast dishes. PG has 3 washing machines and ample space in ground to park 2 wheelers. Every floor has 4 flats and each flat has 2 rooms and one bathroom along with balcony. Water geyser is there. Wifi has 20 MBPS dedicated speed in each room. Adjacent to PG is Ganpati hospital which is an added advantage.

1) Bus stop: 400 metres.
2) TCS : 350-400 metres.
3) Megapolis Circle : 750-800 metres.
4) Megapolis Fountain Market : 1 km
5) Quadran Buisness Park : 1.6 kms
6) Capgemini - 2.2 kms
Since this area is quite, you feel great to stay here specially if you are a student or employee who likes peaceful area. I would recommend to give it a try once if you are looking for a good PG in phase 3.
