★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I serviced my laptop here. My CPU fan was not working. I bought the fan amazon. After I opened the laptop, I figured the fan is not fitting in my motherboard's power socket. I contacted Venus Infotech, and they replaced the power socket of the new fan with the old Fan's socket, and made the new fan work. They also fitted the fan in the laptop and everything was working. Guess how much they charged for their service? Just 200/-. So as you can see, I am a satisfied customer, and I highly recommend them.

cons: 1st time visit: booting was not happening; issue resolved.
2nd time visit: some keys from keyboard was not working, they changed my laptop's keyboard. When I went to the shop, I found the rotation of the screen of my laptop was not tight enough or loose in one word unlike the past. I asked one of the owner about the difficulty, they told it is actually good to having loose connected bond between the screen and keyboard part. I didn't notice the actual scam, until I came to home and after few days, found the broken part (image attached) at the left connected bond between the screen and keyboard. After that, depending upon the position of the rotated monitor the GUI is appearing purple sometimes.
In both the cases, they charged near about INR 900.

1st : PC got corrupted and had damaged hinges, they refurbished the system and installed antivirus and got it done by evening with reasonable price
2nd : water spill on laptop keyboard, took in immediately got keyboard replaced, he warned about its further repercussions on 3.5mm jack and touchpad..and suggested to use external attachments.
Both owner and admin very friendly and professional
