★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review because i had few months back constructed my dream house/building with the builder. I got the details of the builder from one my relatives and when i checked the details/plan from the builder, he was very promising, economical, humble and down to earth. The best part was, he is a good listener, this i had liked very much. He was very well able to understand our requirement and changes which we provided when the project was ongoing was very well received and adjusted. Finally, the building was handover 3 weeks in advance, the project cost was very well within the limit, no hidden cost. The other part was the quality of the building materials ( including sand, bricks, wood, plumbing and paint) was very best. I would definitely recommend the builder.. All the very best Dhanush ( @Sri Vaaru Builders)... you are already one among the top builders in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I moved into my new house, I was putting up some curtain rods and photos. The carpenter was asking while drilling ‘looks like you personally stood here and built the house’.
That sums it in a nutshell. The quality of walls, the accuracy of walls and so on.
We started in March 2019 but moved into our home by June 2020. Usually most people build houses once or twice in their lifetime. I strongly suggest going with Sri Vaaru builders for several reasons.
- Clarity and transparency of what is going into your house and what can be done to enhance the value.
- Flexibiltiy - Any civil work will eventually mean improvisation and changing things as you go along. You need a partner who understands your point of view and help your vision come to reality.
- Expertise: He has some excellent craftsmen for electrical wiring, tiles and sanitary planning.
- Energy: Construction is a long-haul. Its your money taking vision and imagination to your dream home. The contractor needs to have energy and patience to work along with you. I have rarely seen Dhanush miss meeting dates. He is active from 8AM to 11PM.
In reality, I was never at my site other than the weekends. After initial weeks, I was sure that I dont need to be at the site. Trust your building partner. Thanks Dhanush for building us our home. Welcome anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started our construction in February 2019. Mr.Dhanush assured that the project will be completed in 12-14 months and he committed to his words. He finished the project in end of February 2020 with a very good quality.
Mr.Dhanush gave lot of options for tile. Behaves very professional. He assures the client satisfaction with the work quality. We felt it's worth we gave contract to SriVaru. He owns the project and committed. I only wish all good and all the best for SriVaru and Mr.Dhanush and thanks for becoming part of our family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhanush constructing house in my site near Marthahalli. even though i am staying out of country, I know what is happening. so far he is very propositional and sharing the progress thru whatsapp/mail. He has good knowledge in construction field. I will defiantly recommend him... i will update the construction status as we move forward.
