★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get almost all bathroom fittings material of Jaguar make. Staffs are not expert and hardly know which part is stored where in the shop. Shop owner is the only person who know about the parts. Reasonable rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for the polite and friendly interaction which I have had with the owner he has good knowledge of the products they deal in, on the 1st day in the shop my experience was very pleasent, but soon afterwards it went downhill, after repeated calls and messages my patience has run thin. After my shopping experience here I will recommend everyone to only make payment after receiving all your products, I out of goodwill made the full payment on the very 1st day after receiving 8 items out of 10 items on the bill. I was assured delivery of the missing items in a day or two but now after more than a month of waiting here I am. Today I have asked for a refund hopefully will see it sooner. This place came highly recommended.
Edit. Changing rating to 3 as item was home delivered and the entire communication was very cordial. Overall I would say the experience was pleasent.
