★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and they provide me false Information about plan updates, I came to when I confirmed with customer care and also on 31 December I went to update the plan, I reached at 07.05 pm. the gatekeeper closed the shutter and said it is closed now and timings are upto 7 pm only, Even I clicked pics of closed idea showroom then I called to customer care and asked the timing they said it is 9.30 am to 7.30 pm. This is the way they are misleading the customer. Attaching pics of closed showroom click on 31 December 2018 at 07.12 P.M.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly un-regarding staff. They don't give sht to your problems you facing. They just ignore your work. They just said that come back after 15 days and get your issues resolved. I just went to idea center close to Mumbai highway. They got the problem resolved in minutes.

If u want a new connection they will help you like anything, but if you want to change your postpaid to prepaid or anything like that they will kick your ass and they will make sure that you will feel difficult to do so & so you should drop the plan to do it.
