★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was guided by VI representative to visit the store to link my Adhar card to the mobile. When i visited the gallery the representative rudely spoke , that it cant be done in the store. Am failing to understand if it is written in their website how can they deny.

Any Question The Ans Is Same You Have To Use Postpaid Connection Fr 3 Months. Worst Service Provided By Vodafone Staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Vodafone store in Parel yesterday for linking my Aadhaar number with my mobile number. The agent who attended to me was very helpful and kept smiling even though he had to try multiple times to solve my request due to some issue. The store is neat and clean and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forced to take postpaid connection. Also one of the staff had no eye for details concept at all(This lady sits in the right end corner as you enter the store) i was given th wrong sim card instead of my own due to which i was waiting for almost 2days unknowingly as the card was replaced. After a visit again, the right Sim card was provided. This took almost a week and multiple visits that wasted my time. Please do a cross checks before leaving the store to avoid multiple visits.
