They recommend me to port my Sim to another company cause they couldn't solve my problem, they were yelling at an elderly couple. Staff have no idea on how to talk to ppl and have ZERO knowledge about anything. No wonder Vi is failing.

Latest news - store doesn't have electricity and hence cannot service customers...??. Seems VI doesn't have money to buy a Generator or UPS ....??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. The associates are super arrogant and speak to you as if you owe them a favor. Furthermore, they made me waste a recharge of 100 rupees for testing the service and said we can't help you because we are unable to find your documents in the back end.

I went for postpaid to prepaid migration and the same is still not completed after 24 hours and it was informed that it will take only 12 hours for the process to complete. They have also taken the first recharge amount and sim is still not migrated to prepaid. Please do not go to this store if you are looking for better service. VI should take strict against such stores as these stores are impacting the growth of your company and it’s high time VI starts realising it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always server down, very bad employees, I'm not able to get the manager contact, really rude behaviour, the way the employees talk to the customer is sooooo rude, i lost my sim and want to take it back, everytime they gave me the same reason server down. The employees know nthg there. Whoever from the management is seeing my msg pls get in touch with me as soon as possible, and solve the issue.
