★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with with Vibha nursing home! Dr Teliwala wasn't in the country so there was another doctor.
They induced pain and the weirdest thing happened. The nurse kept inserting her finger inside my vagina to dialate it and I kept screaming in pain!!
I had a suction baby. I slept for 2 hours and then had a 12 hour labour, where I wasn't able to push, plus the baby's head wasn't in position (i delivered 25 days early) but the doctor insisted on me to push rather then having a C section. When she decided to go for a C sec they did NOT have an anaesthetist available so the head nurse injected me. The last push with suction got my baby out where my baby had a swollen head with a wound!
My husband went to c then baby and heard the maid and nurse discussing my suction so insensitively that I did not put an effort n so the suction.
Then my baby got jaundice where the doctor refused to let her have top feed and insisted that I feed. Where they did not realise that I wasn't getting enough feed.
Dr Maniar who came to see the baby would always say it's ok she will be fine.
To add on to all this I realised I had not passed urine an entire day, where the head nurse asks me to douche using a jet spray so urine comes out. Then they put me on clamp.
When we thought nothing could go worse then this they wrote my baby's weight wrong. Her birth weight was 3.25kgs and post that it was 2.7 which they wrote as 3.7 and we thought that she was well fed! My little girl lost 500 grams in 4 days...
She was so yellow that I finally had to rush her to a hospital. She was in the NICU for a week.
After all this Dr Teliwala was back and called me to come meet him. Not even once did he apologise to us for all that I had to go through! My husband and I did not get to hold our baby in our arms even for a bit because of their mistakes! Instead he told us that his nurses would help me out. The nurse weren't empathetic at all. Instead they mocked me not having be able to feed my baby.
The time the baby enters your life should be such a wonderful time, and they made it a night mare for me!
Both the gynac and the pediac were ignorant and because of that me and my entire family suffered!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going to Vibha for ages now..all babies in my family have been born here. Dr Pankaj is very good and experienced and so is his wife Dr Vibha. Also the nursing home staff and nurses are well trained and the hospital is spic and span.
