★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome gym .. .the trainers are very fit and they put in a lot of hard work and guide very well . There are classes of pilates , zumba , full body cardio etc. Pilates for me was a life changing experience ...nupur mam introduced to me to this new form of exercise it really helped in my fat loss ?? I started having good inch loss... less back pain was there...I felt more active ...it's an awesome form of work out that makes you fitter day by day ?... After pilates I love attending zumba classes...I enjoy them a lot and actually wait for them every week .overall I would strongly recommend this gym to everyone .it's a go to place if you want to be fit both mentally and physically ?

It was a great experience with Vida Gym, I got the desired results.
And had the best experience with the Vida salon, the staff was good and helpful. Sanitization was done properly. Had my best experience with both Vida Gym and Vida Salon.
