★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dev is the best hairdresser I have encountered. He keeps a note of clients' hair types and does not force treatments unless needed.
Post-COVID I got intense, horrifying hair loss and went to get a haircut, but Dev said that haircut at such low volume of hair would not be helpful, and suggested a volume treatment instead. He also asked me to wait few months for hair growth and then get a cut. I followed his advice and got a new cut today: my hair looks beautiful and vibrant and voluminous!
I once had to wait for long for a haircut despite appointment due to some confusion with Prime. The owner gave me a complimentary cut and retained my loyalty. I am very happy with this salon.
