★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this salon. I was traveling to Ghaziabad for a wedding and pre-booked a slot for hair and makeup a month before the date and paid upfront for the booking. Due to covid, the wedding was postponed and I immediately requested a cancellation 14 days before the event. While other parlors in other locations refunded the full amount, VIDA not only denied refunding even partial amount but stopped replying to my messages thereafter. I would have appreciated a response at the least to complete the loop. If the non refund policy was so strict, I should have been informed upfront during the booking. Very very disappointed. I don't live in Ghaziabad but would not recommend this parlor to anyone there for it's communication alone.

Vida was super clean, following all the protocols of Covid 19, extremely polite staff and skillful haircut and shave by Mr. Naushad to mention few qualities of Vida. I want to thank Ms. Khan the lady at the reception for being polite and attentive all the time.
