★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience with Vidal insurance. I never seen services like Vidal before. I am very much fedup for service which Vidal is provides. I claimed for maternity expances and submitted all documents but they are asking to submit documents again and again. Another thing, whenever I am calling to customer care I have explain each and every thing. I really don't understand why companies chose Vidal. In this digital word they are asking to submit hard copy only even it is for one or multiple.
Please refresh your service otherwise you will loss your customer very soon.

Despite several follow ups and numerous calling no complaint was ever registered
Highly disappointed with the unprofessional services.
My mother got admitted to sainath hospital pune on 23rd November. Hospital had forwarded cashless request which should have been responded within 3 hours (that's what you claim) but nobody care to even acknowledge.
Finally after extensive chase ups from me and hospital's end only got the response next day morning (more than 20 hours later) stating hospital is not listed in the network, advising to claim reimbursement.
This status is not updated till the day on the portal. This is the worst case scenario i have ever witnessed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Insurance Company. Even though submitting all required documents, they are always coming with document shortfall.
They do not even reply in case of any document shortfall. You have to follow up again and again. Pathetic service.
Strict action should be taken against such fraud organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insurance company is operating inside society building. It’s old stand alone building next to ICICI bank corner. Service is okay. When you call them, they will not receive you call on time and even not call back you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This insurance company is total scam, they have no intentions of compensating their customers.please do not buy any insurance policies from these thief's. Please go to Bajaj Allianz or some other reputed co. My company where I work, unfortunately liaised with this company and bought insurance policies for all employees. it's been a two months since I have been following up with them and they claim to not have received the hard copies of my medical documents.. I have confirmation from the courier agency that they have delivered with time ,date etc. But ofcourse Vidal does not want to reimburse so they keep replying that they have not received the said documents.. having a very bad experience with the frauds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not even deserve a single star, pathetic working. i get their shortfall notification multiple times even when i already shared. and once we clarify with long waiting calls it gets resolved after 2-3 days again they raise shortfall's and this happed around 15-16 times(i have their notifications) . Not sure do they really maintain a digital system or they work on books & papers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take ages to settle the claim and keep the patient waiting for the discharge. The most horrible service . Please never ever take this insurance. You will only regret and dont recommend this to anybody. Save your time, energy and money.
