★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife really enjoyed the tour. The tour was well planned by the Vidhyapati group . Our Car driver was very polite, experienced and guide us throughout the tour. He deserves a special mention here. Special shout for Hotel Heaven at Manali and the food is very tasty and location is the best (very near to mall road). Finally the tour was only possible because of Neha mam, who manage our tour to her level best. We recommended to go their package ...........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was memorable experience in Himachal Pradesh thank you vidyapati travels for arranging best accomodation in Manali, Kasol, and Shimla hotels were clean and neat. Explored every sightseeing of HP in 4 wheeler arrangements made by Vidyapati travels. Drivers were cool and good. We thank Preethi for arranging affordable package for 8days and 7 nights. On the day when we entered Manali, we were greeted by snowfall which continued the entire trip cz of which we had a great time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought of not writing the comment but after looking at your comment, I felt like writing one. Yes ofcourse, I didnt use your service but my rating is not fake. I gave you one star based on the very rude and rough behaviour of your employee. While I was searching for the best package for our trip to Manali and Shimla, one lady from your group called and assured me of best package. After comparing the package with others, I felt the package proposed by u was bit expensive so I said no to your package. But it didn't end there. The same lady started sending me messages unprofessionally and started to fight over the chat. When I told her that i will take this issue to her supervisor, she didn't even care. She just wanted to throw her frustration on me.
When you guys dnt know how to behave with the customer, what kind of service should we expect from you?
Btw this happened a year ago.
