★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good management and not a peace ful society. Everytime there is headache while dealing with management and owner for any repair in Home. I tried follow for repair and was not done in 8 months and finally left the Home. Maintaince is very high plus water bill extra for this 3rd class society

He promised to get some minor wear and tear repairs done by himself and adjust the amount in the Rent...why later blame the owner when he himself failed to do so.
In a gated society there are some basic etiquette that need to be followed. His kids ride bicycles in the house, expect his neighbors not to complain of noise and later brand the society being not peaceful
Maintenance terms were clearly mentioned in the rental agreement, which was duly agreed upon and signed. The monthly expenses were duly furnished to him to justify the maintenance amount collected by the association. One should understand the water is a scarce resource in electronics city and the association has taken steps to save water by installing water meters. Had he used less water, his water bill could have been brought down. I don't see a reason to blame the society as third class

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ low quality ..high maintenance..bad stp. 0.10 paise charged per litre even though bore water is used. it's comes to around 1000-1500 rupees on top of 2900 regular maintenance charged for 2bhk.
many leeches in ground floor and it's a frustrating problem during rainy season. also there is problem with small caterpillars during rainy reason.
all the garden trash is burnt just beside one side of an apartment and all smoke comes in to those flats. asked multiple times to not do that and as usual they don't care.
there is fungus problem in walls at many places(inside and outside of flats). we can notice paint peeling of bottom side of the walls and fungus protruding out. clean it in the morning and it shows up again by evening! got it painted with dampblock coat and problem came back in a week
management is silent about any issue we raise.
