★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic after sales service. All product warranty and services after product purchase is not as per commitments. For a periodic ac service under extended warranty took me more than a week for them to address. Don't buy such extended warranties even if the sale people forces you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Customers beware of purchasing an AC or other equipment from Vijay Sales Mewla Maharajpur Faridabad. They will first sell you AC with 2022 latest model and then they will deliver 2021 model. Please check the model thoroughly before accepting deliveries. Store manager is highly impolite and does not accept his mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a pathetic experience of Vijay Sales, Mewla, Faridabad. I booked two AC and the sales guy confirmed the delivery after one day and installation next day of delivery.
First of all the ACs were delivered after four days, and when I tried to follow up with sales guy and manager, both were very rude. And next day the guy who visited for installation was in too much of hurry, he did the installation of both the ACs in 15-20 minutes, charged ₹ 1000 for installation of two AC in cash, means no bills etc and rash.
Fitting was pathetic, he didn’t tighten the screws of vent and grill. It started giving vibration sound from very next day. Now I called technician from the Hitachi, they came and done the complete installation of AC again from scratch.
This is my first experience with Vijay sales, and would not recommend anyone to Vijay Sales. I always used to buy any electronics item from Croma, and they are the Best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor coordination between their office and product company. Bought JBL 9.1 home theatre system. JBL keep calling us for installation while the product was not delivered.
After delivery JBL did not come for 3 days to install.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty bad experience with this store. The product once setup at home never worked. After complaints no one seem to care.
Forget following-up, the manager would hang up the calls during the conversation.
I had to eventually get the product back at the store as no person was sent. In return I'm give the display piece.
Never buying anything from here again.
UPDATE AFTER 4 MONTHS: I thought I'd give them another chance and I bought kitchen appliances from them. They kept on sending the same defective dishwasher again and again. After 2 months of torture, they're still not initiating the refund procedure. I wish there was an option to give the negative rating. And as earlier, they have stopped responding over call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service and salespersons are good. I have bought 3 Acs and a fridge from there.. AC are in good working condition since a year and fridge yet to see how it works.. we have earned points for repeated purchases and rates are also very good and competitive. Overall and fulfilling experience
