★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service. The Faridabad NCR tele nos. given on the website never work or remain unanswered. I even submitted requests for callback but to no avail. I also tried submitting my grievance on their online portal but even that doesn't work. Meanwhile, patient suffers in hospital. They should be shut down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From past 1.5 years they have not transferred me my claim amount. I have sent them over 100 mails and 50 phone calls, but no resolution. They are bunch of rookies who doesn't value their customers and doesn't have any work ethics. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED.

They never process without original documents. Then why your website has online portal for submission. They just want to delay the procedure of already stressed families. worst service
