★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good experience with Vijay sales, the 55inch tv that I saw at Reliance was costing me 58k but I got it for 53.5k at Vijay sales, i was told i will get the tv within 7 days because of the stock availability however I got the tv within 2 days and the installation was done the very next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orices are not very clear. Unnecessary display of mrp and then discount on that price. Rates are always high. and service professionals are not helpful. The only advantage is that you can see the product before purchase. Rest i order all my big electronics online. I dont understand why people still purchase from here.

Vijay sales officer said our technicians will come tomorrow for installation then technicians want extra money and after some Madam her name is Dakshata call me and ask me to fitting extra copper pipe and so much rude behaviour and she said if you want you can return our products.I would suggest you don't trust Vijay sales also they don't know how to speak with customer. She is using bad language with customer. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store. I liked this because they gave me lower pricing than reliance digital. They specifically asked me that what final price did reliance digital offered. Then they gave a discount to make the final price less than reliance digital. They have good varieties. I am a regular at Amazon but I still think that in consumer durables these retailers are able to give better pricing or at par.

Once i had bought Samsung phone which had charging issue the exact next day n they denied to help n i was asked to visit Samsung galary .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a very helpful staff. Had been there to buy a laptop. The staff was very helpful and checked all specifications with us. Suggested some options and gave reasons to those suggestions. Worked out the numbers and gave a special discount. Saw some amazing things which will need a second visit to buy. Nice people and a nice place. Parking is there in front of the place.
