Bought my family Voltas air conditioner, they dropped it off but didn’t install. They said they would come back to install. We constantly call them 2-3X a day every day to install the air conditioner but they keep saying “for sure will install tomorrow” it’s been nearly a week in the middle of a heat wave, expecting these people to come install but be constantly keep getting ghosted. They keep calling to take the old air conditioner but won’t come install the new one- they expect us to leave a hole in the window while we wait for their mechanic to come install the new one ?
Would never recommend giving them business. Unprofessional, and very pushy to purchase.
