I mean literally the refrigerator at my place has stopped working from around 10 days bcz of some problems with the compressor and the response that they gave was that it will be repaired within 3 days but they didn't show up on any of the days. And now they are saying that the product isn't avaliable. I mean is the company shutting down or what? Have they stopped producing commodities or what?
Trust me it's been 10 days and in such a hot weather we are without a refrigerator. All our food items are getting spoiled daily.
We even got to talk to some JIGISSHA MAM and the response she gave us was that we need to wait till 3rd of july. Untill then what?
The company needs to stop being irresponsible and give an accurate answer to us.
-- with a hope that my complaints will reach the company and immediate actions will be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst place to buy LG products... They will commit to anything before you pay & will not deliver & fit it on confirmed days... Will delay it to 4-5 days... Once sold they will stop taking ur calls, Even within 10-12 days if your products start malfunctioning they will not respond.
And even if you buy from there make sure you ask for 10-20% discount on their offer price... they do give it easily... AC Which I bought was sold in 1800 less amount to other just 2 days after... The other guy was my friend so i got to know the same. And within 10 days this is the AC's situation... And not this guy or the fitting guys is taking a call...
Complained is already registered to LG Customer care for product & to this vahiyat Nirman Electronics as well @LG Electronics Please if you can see the reviews on Google about it
