★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was inexperienced, they didn’t know about credit card payment through swiping machine. They failed again and again to do EMI and cash back. Moreover they told me before 2000 cashback for hdfc card and after swipe denied. Commitment to customer was wrong. Good thing was one of staff guy who gave all information about technical specifications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experienced ever, salesperson doesnt knows the EMI schemes and selling products in air... they did not inform customers about the extra interest charges and not replying properly because they are uneducated and without any product knowledge....
The cashier lady has no respect for customers, she did not know about the price policies and interest base.
The guy with black MI tshirt was really disgusting and he was only saying that go and ask to our company we cannot help you this is a franchise store we are not here to help you we only sell products . The guy that sold you the TV is not working here now so go and ask him whatever problem you face...
We cannot help you..

I was looking for a mi TV
And I getting in a good price but they were asking for delivery charges and they don't even provide wall mount and wall mount price was also high like 700-800
I was getting same price online and free delivery
I prefer online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store ever. Most of all products which I have purchased are faulty. My mobile phone and mi tv are not working properly before even completing one year warranty. Worst staff and worst after services. They do not even accept their mistake for not guiding me properly about my product's service center. I would have given zero stars but that's not the available option.
