Nandkishor who greet with a warm welcome and explained me in a proper way about the product.. just in short he was from start to the end and made me completely satisfied with the product details.. simple amazing with his good job.. also I really appreciate Deepti who made this all she manage herself to fulfill my requirement on same day .. and she did it ! Completely happy and very satisfied with the service

β β β β β I brought a symphony high flow air cooler from Vijay sales Tilak road Pune.Worst decision ever. From day 1 bad smell coming from it. Not able to use it at all. Complaints raised but even after 3 days no response.

β β β β β I visited them to buy cooler and buyed a model on recommendation of salesman. Upon delivery cooler was missing manual, warranty card and original packaging. Also this cooler barely cools and is cooler for namesake. Looks like they sold me refurbished product is name of new
