★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rated it in very good catagory. You got drive no after booking. I travelled BHIWADI to Kanpur by this. Bus was 30 minutes late. You can't track Bus location online. You have to call to driver.
Otherwise nice.

Office service is good their behavior is nice. They listen our problem.
But in bus the bus was not cleaned. The mobile charging point inside the bus are not in working condition. All charging point is useless. Some AC points are defective.
There is no Wifi service inside the bus.
