★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic experience, my parents went through their bus and even I already dealt and he agreed on a amount later on while journey. They asked for higher price and for next day I already paid to them online still conductor was unaware of this and asked me to confirm the payment. Lack of communication among themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience with Vijay Travels.
At the time of booking it was showing some other bus, but when we reached there they had changed the bus for some unknown reasons!
It was still fine.. But then we witnessed the poor management there. We had to keep our bags ourselves in the luggage space of the bus. Somebody later came and guided us for our seat which was not satisfying again!
Local passengers came and sat on the side of our seat (it was a sleeper) and we got really disappointed once again as it ruined our privacy! That all happened just because of the poor management.
It's a request to the concerned persons to please take care of such things. This was not only with us, our co-passengers also suffered a lot with the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life .all are cheaters there i will suggest you guys dont buy tickets from them there buses are old and they will not even entertain you there or in case you will ask them when your bus will come they will reply rudely and shout on you . Specially in case of females dont trust them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pretty bad experience. Booked sleepers were not provided despite repeated requests. They are only busy with collection of money and service is negligible. I don't recommend to use their service. They won't even offer you a glass of water to people who wait hours to board the bus. We were told bus will leave at 1800 hrs however it left at 2030 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled lot of time with vijay travels, this time from kota to jaipur thier bus are new, clean & comfortable. Driving was smooth & fast. One thing is after said to many times staff did not on the charger point. Rest stop is at chandralok midway tonk, where food & snack is not available, facilities was not good. Rest is all ok.
