★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The conductor is rude in his behaviour. The agency doesnt even gives you any receipt of your package delivery. They are highly irresponsible in their work as they didnt deliver the package at the mentioned address and the addressee had to go through a lot of manipulation and harrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behavior of staff including bus driver and conductor etc. they are doing and transporting illegal materials as well in their buses from Jaipur to Chandigarh. I am going to file a complaint against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very risky driving and unprofessional behvaiour. We travel to reach destination not heaven. Keeps luggage in lobby and not in containers. Asked for extra money when asked to keep parcel on bus. Kept my parcel in wet containers, horrible and rude staff. Inhuman experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i wish i could give them 0 rating, busses are good but they take passenger out of their seating capacity, so people sleep in walking area.
i was allocated seat no 8 but somebody else was seating there with seat no 8 ticket so driver told sit wherever u find seat. i mean there is no system. third class service.
