β β β β β Worst staff ever. They are not even wearing masks properly. They are also not helpful. My brother and I went there to open account there but got disappointed. The security guard was neither wearing mask nor checking temperature. The lady and the guy with whom we asked for opening account were gossiping continuously without even bothering that there is huge line and the branch is very congested. we asked them to please tell us which documents are required to attach with the form but they are not even bothered to tell us. We decided not to open account here. Horrible experience.

Specially Security Guard he behaves like he himself the bank branch manager. This Bank staff's no sensitivity, untrained staff's. Customer is customer there's no difference between superiority and inferiority, no rich no poor. Should be equal to them, they have communalism!

β β β β β One of the best banks till a few months back, before it's merger with BOB. Being its happy customer for more than 20 years, last few months have been really disappointing for me. The staff used to be cooperative, the services and behaviour of the staff was equivalent to Pvt sector banks. Phone used to be picked up and answered properly, email was responded within 24 hours. But now the phone and email both remains unanswered for days, no proper reply is received even on personal visit of branch.
